In the ever faster developing economic environment, the creation of effective structures and an eye for strategic development is more crucial for any company today than ever before.
The corporate division Metall has therefore decided to spin off the business unit Diehl Metall Messing of Diehl Metall Stiftung & Co. KG to the newly founded company Diehl Brass Solutions Stiftung & Co. KG and thus to make it legally independent. In the new company, the previous Diehl Metall Messing division will continue unchanged at the same location in Röthenbach a.d. Pegnitz as of June 1, 2021 and will be further developed in a future-oriented manner. "The aim here is to continue to supply our customers globally with innovative brass solutions of the best quality and to continue and expand our partnership-based, reliable business relationships with our customers and suppliers," explains Heinz Strobl, spokesman and CEO of Diehl Brass Solutions Stiftung & Co. KG.
Upon registration of the spin-off with the commercial register, Diehl Metall Messing and all rights and obligations pertaining thereto are automatically transferred to Diehl Brass Solutions Stiftung & Co. KG by way of partial universal succession. Diehl Brass Solutions Stiftung & Co. KG pertains entirely (100%) to Diehl Metall Stiftung & Co. KG and thus remains part of the Diehl Group.
