Diehl Aviation offers its customers excellent services worldwide. This is especially true for the Asian-Pacific growth regions, which are also being served by the Diehl Aviation Customer Service Center in Singapore since 2017. The Customer Service Center has recently been moved to the Changi North district in December 2023—only a few kilometers away from the airport and in the hotspot of the international aviation industry. The opening ceremony on February 22 welcomed over a hundred of our customers and partners.

The move to the new premises offers our local team a modern working environment, positioning us even better in serving our highly valued customers in the APAC region.” The Singapore office is the first and focal point of contact for customers and partners in China, India, Australasia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific region. More than 20 employees work in the new 170-square-meter office space.
The Diehl Aviation Customer Service Center in Singapore also manages a high-tech repair shop and a warehouse of spare parts. Services include component retrofits and modifications, warranty processing, cabin inspections, training, customized solutions, and much more. This enables Diehl Aviation to regionally provide its customers and partners with technical support and services at any time.
