Diehl Metering has been contributing to improving the water supply in Jamaica for many years. In a holistic approach, a summer internship program with the Jamaican University of Technology has now been set up as part of an education initiative. The internship program started successfully this summer with the arrival of Kevoy Smith and Shanroy Dennis. Both students are already enrolled in the Master’s program with focus on Renewable Energy Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Kevoy and Shanroy went through the Customer Solution Center area during the first weeks and will then be accommodated at the Nuremberg and Ansbach locations in the Quality, Hardware and IE departments.

The student program was a complete success. The time at Diehl Metering is remembered very well by both of them.
