About us

Diehl has been an independent family business since its foundation in 1902. The company group offers a wide range of products in various business fields and has a large international customer base. Diehl represents high quality and technology leadership, conducts market-oriented research and development and focuses on the digitalization of its activities and products. The high motivation and loyalty of its employees, which is reflected in their above-average length of service, is the key to the company's success.

Organization

In the spectrum of possible holding company formations, Diehl has opted for the umbrella of a strategic management holding company, with corporate divisions that manage their business operationally and strategically in a customer-oriented manner within their product and technology portfolio. This combines the advantages of a globally operating large company with smaller business segments that operate very close to the market, independently and flexibly.
