Diehl Metering is launching a brand-new Customer Portal, offering customers simple and rapid access to the information they need on a secure online platform. Each customer will be able to consult relevant news, technical documentation and the latest software downloads from their dedicated space.

Due to launch at the beginning of 2021, the Customer Portal delivers a personal experience to customers, making it easier for them to find answers to their questions. From the Diehl Metering website, they simply enter their professional email address and customer number to create a personalized account on the platform and access a wide range of information.

An FAQ section provides answers to common customer queries, as well as tutorials for implementing products and solutions. Customers can find a range of technical documentation about products. And they can consult all the latest news from Diehl Metering’s Customer Solution Center team.

Following the launch, certain information will migrate from Diehl Metering’s website to the new portal. Downloads to update digital solutions such as our Meter Data Management Software IZAR@NET 2 will also move to the portal. The idea is to offer customers a one-stop platform for all their needs.

The new Customer Portal is part of Diehl Metering’s overall drive to strengthen the customer experience, and includes exclusive content available only to our customers. Above all, it has been designed to make life easier for customers, offering them 24/7 access to the most essential information in just a few clicks.
