Change in the Diehl Executive Board

Dr.-Ing. Heinrich Schunk, President of the Diehl Metall Corporate Division Board and member of the Diehl Executive Board will tackle new challenges outside the Diehl Group as of April 1 this year but will, however, continue to advise the company during a transition period of six months. Since April 2016, Dr. Schunk has led Diehl Metall with great personal commitment in times of economic hardship in a very successful way.

The company's shareholders, the members of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board colleagues would like to thank Dr. Schunk most sincerely for the great commitment and the farsighted settings of the course and wish him the very best for the upcoming phase of life.

Within the context of a succession planning over the long term, Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Dieter Landgraf was appointed as successor of Dr. Schunk in the capacity as President of the Diehl Metall Division Board and as member of the Diehl Executive Board.
