Diehl Metering website optimized for better user experience
As part of our continued efforts to improve the customer experience, we have optimized our website to make content clearer, more relevant and easier to find. The browsing experience has been rethought to be more user-oriented, with a more intuitive menu on the homepage. We’ve also restructured existing content and added new pages to focus on how our solutions can help you.
The aim is to reposition content from the customer’s perspective, enabling you to access the information you need more quickly. You’ll find more solution-specific pages, including our Water solutions (Non-Revenue Water) and Heating solutions (Smart Leak Detection, Energy Network Analytics). There’s also a new System & Software section, which includes the benefits of our IZAR data management software and IZAR@HOME consumer app.
The website revamp follows the launch in March 2021 of our Customer Portal, a dedicated online platform specially designed to offer customers easy access to news, technical documentation and the latest software downloads. We will continue our strategy of making content more user-oriented with more website updates in the near future.
