From the Diehl Metering website, they simply enter their professional email address and customer number to create a personalized account on the platform and access a wide range of information.
An FAQ section provides answers to common customer queries, as well as tutorials for implementing products and solutions. Customers can find a range of technical documentation about products. And they can consult all the latest news from Diehl Metering’s Customer Solution Center team.
Following the launch, certain information will migrate from Diehl Metering’s website to the new portal. Downloads to update digital solutions such as our Meter Data Management Software IZAR@NET 2 will also move to the portal. The idea is to offer customers a one-stop platform for all their needs.
