Change at the top of the Supervisory Board of Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG

Dr. Herbert Fehrecke, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG, will resign his position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board in March 2024 when he reaches the age of 75. Dr. Fehrecke will remain a member of the Supervisory Board until August 31, 2024, and will then join the Advisory Board in order to continue to support the Diehl family and the Diehl Group with his valuable experience. Markus Diehl, son of Dr. Thomas Diehl, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from 01.04.2024. After completing his studies in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, Mr. Diehl worked, among others, at ThyssenKrupp AG, and subsequently completed a Master of Business Administration at Stanford University in the USA. Thereafter, Mr. Diehl became self-employed and founded a software company in the USA, which he runs.
