"If learning shall be fun, a motivating learning culture is essential, but also a platform for it," Stefanie Fuchs states. Applications for further training in paper form are important, however do not really arouse interest in the topics that lie behind. "Our digital environment requires from us to try new things on a regular basis. We continuously test new methods and tools in order to be able to create and to not run after. Because we are only able to overcome the challenges of tomorrow's work with the help of motivated and curious employees.

  • Learning digitally: All in one place. For everybody.

Learning digitally: All in one place. For everybody. Learning digitally: All in one place. For everybody.

We created a platform for the whole Group in order to ensure, in future, that everybody can access a wide-ranging offer and nevertheless find important compulsory training. A wide range of freely available e-learnings is existing and will be extended on the long term," explains the HR project manager. From now on, employees will find all offers for continuous further training in one place.

„Working together as one team“

The five different corporate divisions have own cultures and own processes. Nevertheless, Stefanie Fuchs knows how to build bridges between cultures: "Individuality is important, but common grounds as well, and with the introduction of a learning platform we meet our own requirements: We want to learn from each other and we aim at strengthening our common Diehl culture. In this way, we use our heterogeneity and are ready for work in the future."

  • As a traditional yet future-oriented company, Diehl welcomes people who have both feet planted firmly on the ground and who at the same time are looking forward to extend their potential. We search for colleagues who wish to assume responsibility from the beginning and who have ideas that ensure we will always have our step ahead in technology over the long term. Because a partnership with Diehl lasts – often for a whole working life.
