Global OpEx Manager (m/w/d)

These are your tasks:

  • Leading key Lean initiatives as well as cross-plant and strategic improvement projects
  • Ensuring effective implementation of improvement initiatives, in line with business objectives (cost, OEE, quality, etc.)
  • Coordinating the content of the improvement roadmap globally—challenging approaches, proposing improvements, and supporting prioritization in collaboration with management
  • Conducting and organizing Lean training programs while proactively identifying development needs across multiple locations

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management and Production Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Hands-on experience in: implementing Lean / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence initiatives, leading end-to-end transformation projects, working in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel internationally
