Engineering Trainer (Debrecen)

Training programme development and delivery, practical training. Development of training materials, continuous updating of training materials. Provision of comprehensive theoretical and, where appropriate, practical training. Organizing practical demonstrations for learners, offering real-time feedback and guidance to develop their skills.
Safety compliance: enforcing safety standards and regulations, emphasizing the importance of safety protocols and practices in each area.
Assessment and Certification: evaluating student performance through written tests and practical assessments to determine their readiness for certification. Issuance of certificates upon successful completion of the training.
Continuous improvement: Keeping up to date with relevant industry trends, regulations and technological developments. Continuously improve training programs to meet the latest standards.
Documentation and reporting: accurate records of training, assessments and certifications. Reporting on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Mechanical engineering teacher (CAD-CAM), min. 5 years teaching experience, good communication skills in English or in German.
Knowledge of composites, knowledge of multinational environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and interact with engineering and technical colleagues from different backgrounds and skill levels. Willingness to travel.
Strong presentation and teaching skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable way. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize training schedules and materials.
A deep commitment to safety and quality protocols and the ability to develop a safety/quality mindset in learners.
