Technical Support (Debrecen)

These are your tasks:

Answering inquiries for additional technical information of the customers

Processing of open technical support tickets in Diehl and if necessary, customer systems

Contacting other external suppliers about specific packages and daily contact with the German and Hungarian support teams

Creation of maintenance and maintainability analyses

Processing and control of work packages within the technical documentation

Who we are looking for:

Technical studies or experience in a similar field

Fluent English knowledge

Confident usage of MS Office programs
