Head of Customer Project Management & Product Development (m/f/d) Aviation
These are your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the "Project Management & Product Development" department and create a positive and motivating working atmosphere to ensure efficient collaboration.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of customer projects in the aviation aftermarket (retrofit/modification). This starts with supporting the sales department with customer enquiries and ends with the installation of the products at the customer's site.
- You will also be responsible for product management and the development of specific Diehl aftermarket product solutions.
- You will be responsible for the creation, monitoring and implementation of project management processes including project start, planning, implementation, controlling, project crisis/escalation and project completion.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a university degree (e.g. engineer (m/f/d) mechanical/aircraft engineering or industrial engineer (m/f/d) or comparable) as well as several years of specialised professional experience in project management in the aviation industry.
- You have several years of professional experience in the project business with proven success in the operational responsibility of major projects.
- You have specific expertise in cabin integration projects.
- You have experience in leading teams and project managers.
- Your profile is rounded off by a confident negotiating manner, good communication skills in english and german and a willingness to travel.
