Diehl Aviation showcases innovative, intelligent solutions for aircraft cabins at this year's Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg

Diehl Aviation, a prime supplier for cabin interiors and aircraft systems in theaerospace industry, is exhibiting again at Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in Hamburg, taking place this year April 2nd to April 4th.

The company will be present at its traditional position in Hall B7, stand 7D20. On display will be integrated cabin solutions revolving around five clusters: Retrofit, Hygienic Lavatory, Illumination& Smart surfaces, Hidden champions and "IoT your cabin". Diehl Aviation is focusing on these priorities in an era, when aircraft manufacturers stick with incremental improvements, price competition increases, and aircraft cabin interiors gain importance as competitive differentiator for operators.

In addition to its stand, Diehl Aviation is showcasing its capabilities at other opportunities during the „Passenger Experience Week" in Hamburg: Two of the company‘s innovative proposals have been chosen as finalists for the Crystal Cabin Award competition in the categories of "Cabin Systems" and "Greener Cabin, Safety, Health and Environment" for winning prizes on Tuesday April 2nd .

Already on Monday April 1st during the Pexconference in the A Halls of Hamburg‘s Expo premises, Simon Krasowski, SVP Digital Transformation, will report on the company‘s progress in his field of responsibility. On top of that, Helge Sachs, SVP Innovation Management, will contribute to the CabinSpaceLive format in the expo halls on Thursday, April 4th, with remarks on 3D printing of aircraft parts.
