Diehl Aviation, a prime supplier for cabin interiors and aircraft systems products, is exhibiting again at MRO Americas, taking place April 9th to April 11th in Atlanta GA (USA).

This year, the company enhances its market presence by adding new services to its portfolio, namely after sales support for water management and air management products. The new services add further parts distribution and expanded repairs as well as testing capabilities to the company‘s Americas market presence. At the same time, the repair service for customers in terms of lead times will see an improvement.

Diehl Aviation is providing after sales support for its OEM and airline customers in the Americas via its Customer Services Center (CSC) in Sterrett, Alabama (USA). The facility is complemented by similar Diehl outlets in Toulouse, France, and Singapore for global coverage.

Diehl Aviation management in the CSC for the Americas is strongly supporting the expansion of the new services and will place a strong focus on continuous performance improvements.

Also, Diehl Aviation‘s footprint in the US was most recently expanded by introducing warehousing and kitting operations for Boeing 787-9 and -10 aircraft in Charleston, South Carolina. In Charleston, Diehl Aviation is running an On-Site Support (OSS) facility in order to optimize the interface to the customer‘s final assembly line.

Diehl Aviation is a division of Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG and combines all aviation activities of Diehl Group under one roof. In the aviation industry, Diehl Aviation – including Diehl Aerospace (a joint venture with Thales) – is a leading system supplier of aircraft system and cabin solutions. Diehl Aviation currently has around 6,000 employees. Its clients include leading aircraft manufacturers like Airbus (both airplanes and helicopters), Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer, as well as airlines and operators of commercial and business aircraft.
