Validation and Test Engineer (m/w)

Define, plan, configure and execute tests according to given priorities and by incorporating specialized testing equipment (e.g. test benches, climate chambers).
Check plausibility of test results and propose improvement actions.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as test plans and test reports according to standards like ISTQB.
Collaborate in technical change processes in close cooperation with Industrial Engineering, Quality and Production.

Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronical Engineering or similar field.
Professional experience in the environment of testing as well as a basic understanding of laws, regulations and standards, ideally in an international industry environment.
Good communication, cooperation skills and the ability to work in an international setting.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Fluent speaking & writing English (French / German will be an added value).
Experience in test automation using environments like Robot Framework, PyTest is a plus.
