Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Plan, design, write, and execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests for web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality releases.
Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to report, track, and verify issues, driving rapid resolution and enhancing user experiences.
Lead acceptance testing efforts by creating comprehensive test plans, maintaining detailed test documentation, and participating in test execution with stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and implemented features through thorough testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
Provide actionable feedback on UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and usability, identifying issues related to frontend and overall user experience.
Support the team by providing first-level assistance and guidance on questions related to application functionality and behaviour and contribute to knowledge sharing through clear documentation to foster continuous improvement.

You have completed a university degree in an IT-related field such as computer science or have relevant experience that demonstrates comparable skills.
You bring five or more years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
Proven experience writing detailed test cases, reporting bugs, validating fixes, and ensuring quality across diverse projects including desktop, mobile, and responsive environments.
Solid understanding of web technologies and frontend development practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and designers.
Experience with modern test management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
