Senior Head of Strategic Supplier Quality

Drive the implementation of the group-wide supplier quality strategy for Diehl Metering's strategic suppliers.
Propose, implement, and coordinate corporate-level supplier qualification, assessment, and development processes and tools.
Manage the quality performance of strategic suppliers: ensure effective corrective action plans are in place and lead escalation processes when necessary.
Lead and develop the team: define priorities, set objectives, and support team competence developm

Solid quality management knowledge (e.g., VDA 6.3 auditing, PPAP) and technical background (e.g., electronics, mechanics).
Strong internal and external communication skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships and conduct effective negotiations.
Business acumen and understanding of industrial organizational dynamics.
Over 5 years of experience in supplier or customer quality management, including cross-functional coordination, ideally in an international industrial environment.
