Sales back office (m,w,d)
Twoje zadania:
- Continuous strengthening and development of client relationships and support with particular focus on the implementation and optimization of strategic objectives;
- You will support Key Account Managers in their activities and processes and ensure that these are appropriately documented.
- You will be responsible for realizing previously aligned customer-related topics.
- You will independently update and maintain internal customer information and planning data, as well as creating informative and concise presentations.
- You will support the preparation of quotations and create invoices for development costs, tools and samples for our customers.
- You will check purchase orders for correctness and internally align, if necessary.
Nasze oczekiwania:
- Completed commercial vocational education (preferred faculties: industrial management, economics, etc)
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in Sales Sector;
- Very good command English for communication in an international environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP
- Teamwork player with resilience and the willingness to constantly interact and communicate with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team;
- Self-management and proactiveness
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in Technical Sales (e.g. electronics);
- Communicative knowledge of German
- Knowledge of BusinessWarehouse, ERP, for sharepoint systems;
