IT Platform Engineer (m/w/d)

Operate and continuously develop our GitHub platform and GitHub Actions.
Design, implement, and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines.
Define and manage platform concepts such as self-hosted runners and development environments.
Ensure that automation and source code management are technically aligned with the overall engineering tools landscape.
Proactively identify automation needs, prepare solution proposals, and implement agreed improvements.
Support the gradual expansion of automation towards engineering product data (ECTR).
Apply CI/CD principles to engineering product data and structures (e.g., deployment, CAD conversion).
Support the automation of engineering change and release processes, including versioning and status transitions.
Contribute to automation concepts across MCAD and ECAD environments.
Participate in dedicated MCAD system update projects.

A professional with strong experience in Git and GitHub.
Hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar tools).
Solid understanding of automation, scripting, and platform operations.
Experienced in working with Linux-based environments.
Ability to document technical and operational concepts clearly
Experience in engineering or industrial IT environments will be considered an advantage.
