Hardware Engineer in Test Systems (m/w/d)

These are your tasks:


  • Design system architecture for automated test equipment for our Diehl Controls production.
  • Translate product requirements into technical solutions and testing concepts.
  • Coordinate hardware, software, and mechanical integration across teams.
  • Define system interfaces and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing automated test equipment or complex technical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, measurement technology, and system architecture.
  • Ability to solve complex technical challenges and make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Structured, quality-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Very good English communication skills.
