Diehl Controls develops and produces high-tech products which are of high social relevance.

As production manager in Wangen, I have two big tasks. A: To ensure that our production is safe, high quality and efficient day after day. And B: To lead the plant into the future. We are making a strong entry into the heat pump sector which involves huge changes. We are producing much smaller quantities than in the high-volume white goods sector - however much larger, more complex products. We are very proactive in driving change. Especially with regard to automation, digitalization and increased efficiency in production. I am very pleased that I can be an active part of the energy turnaround through the production of heat pump inverters. It's a real challenge - and there are many other interesting areas and jobs in our company.
