As head of the digital media team, I am responsible for all websites of the Diehl Group - you could call us the digital business card of the company. I joined Diehl in 1994 and completed an apprenticeship as industrial clerk and afterwards did a kind of dual study program for one year. Initially, I worked at the finance department. It was a sheer coincidence that made me switch to Public Communications in 2000, where I was initially responsible for assistance and event management for six years. After six months of parental leave, I started focusing on digital topics in 2006 - unlike in the event sector, this also integrates well when working from home. As an IT officer at Public Communications, I built up the entire digital segment, which I have been managing since 2022. At Diehl, employees are trusted. This gives you many opportunities to be a part of the company's development. I particularly appreciate that I can see the results of my personal work - and there are many more positions where this is also the case.
