Diehl Metering voiced its vision and demoed key smart solutions at the 5th Annual Water & Energy Congress Week, an important rendezvous for the Middle Eastern market.
Held 10-12 February, 2020 at the Radisson Blue Hotel in Sharjah, UAE, the exhibition attracted around 250 participants representing the country’s business leaders and decision makers.
Among the speakers on the first day was Jairo Rojas, Diehl Metering’s Vice President of Sales in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. His presentation highlighted how utilities in the Middle East could reap the benefits of smart metering solutions.
On the second day, the event’s main day, the Diehl Metering team showcased a range of solutions in water, thermal energy and gas – with a focus on realising a more sustainable future.
The event was organised by the Alleem Business Congress, a unique forum where business leaders meet and work together to address the economic, social and environmental challenges of sustainable development. A long-term vision closely aligned with Diehl Metering’s own ambitions.
