For our site in Tianjin we are looking for a:
Head of On-Site Support (m/f/d) China
Your contribution to our success:
- You are responsible for the on-site support in Tianjin.
- You are in charge of the observance to revenue and budget targets.
- You manage the on-site staff and you are responsible for planning, commitment and their further development.
- You implement lean management methods and develop optimizations.
- You are the point of contact to the customers.
- You implement the company's goals and check that they are being achieved.
- You are accountable for the strategic development of the organization and the global on-site support organizational structures.
Your contribution to our team:
- You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or have a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in process and project management.
- You are characterized by your leadership skills, your very good communication skills as well as your customer focus.
- You speak fluent English and ideally have knowledge of Chinese.
- You have a high level of assertiveness and are stress resistant.
