For our site in Toulouse (France) we are looking for a :

ACCOUNT MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE (W/M)

Your contribution to our success :

  • You visit the customers, handle customer requests and complaints, report the problems met by the customers and suggest suitable solutions.
  • You assure the business relationships and exchanges of information between the airlines and Diehl Aviation.
  • You follow up the customers’ fleet, manage commercial agreements and monitor the competitors.
  • You will solve customers’ problems, develop the market and business relationships in the dedicated region hand in hand with the sales and retrofit team, and prospect the market aerospace industry.

What you should bring along :

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering and or international business, business administration
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical and commercial area in aviation or aerospace businesses (airline, airframer, OEM) is required
  • A significant experience in customer relationship is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (the job involves travelling to customers up to one week every month)
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • German and/or other languages are a plus

You are a rigorous person, organized, reactive, with ability to analyze and synthesize. You have a team spirit and you are customer friendly.
