Solution Technician (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
As Solution Technician you will be part of the team that takes care of services for our customers.
- You will be responsible for first-level support for customers and claim case handling.
- You will support (on-site and remote) our customers in relation to the different products we have in our portfolio.
- You will do remotely (e.g. via TeamViewer) the System/IT support for our customers.
- You will keep our documentation (manuals) up to date.
- You are open to conduct training courses to our customers.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a technical background (e.g. electrical, automatisation, information technology) or a combarable education.
- Several years of working experience in a technical related environment, would be an advantage.
- You are equipped with excellent communication and partner management skills. Your personality is characterized by structured approach, organizational skills and an openness for new challenges.
- Fluently spoken and written Danish and English is mandatory, other foreign languages would be an advantage (e.g. German, Swedish, Norwegian, etc.).
- MS Office and SAP skills, enthusiasm for working in an international environment and willingness to travel (driving is according to the state's tariffs) completes your profile.
