Quality Engineer - Analysis Center

These are your tasks:

  • Develop and lead: You organize the management of returned products from our customers. You manage the 1st and 2nd level analysis of the products, cooperate with the lead plant and implement appropriate actions.
  • Financial management: You manage the product replacement and the management of the provisions.
  • Production support: You organize the managementof production failures analyses. Additionally, you conduct internal audits of the process and the product and support in employee training.
  • Reporting: You write and document analysis reports, register all information in the CAQ system (SAP) and support in solving issues by managing 8D.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have strong technical engineering skills (e.g. electronic, mechanical, communication technologies) as well as a strong understanding of quality mangement systems and procedures.
  • You have a proven track record conducting analyses, deriving and implementing appropriate actions as well as managing 8D reports effectively.
  • You have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. 
  • You are an excellent communicator and have strong collaboration skills with both internal and external parties.
  • You are proficient in English, any other languge such as German is a plus. Additionally, you are open to occasional domestic business travel.
