Head of On-Site Support (m/f/d) North America

These are your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the on-site support in North America.
  • You are in charge of the observance to revenues and budget targets.
  • You manage the OSS staff and you are responsible for planning, commitment and further development of the OSS suppliers.
  • You are the focal point of contact to the customers.
  • You contribute to the OSS strategy and development.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in process and project management.
  • You are characterized by your leadership skills, your very good communication skills as well as your customer focus.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You have a high level of assertiveness and are stress resistant.
