Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

This is your position with us:

  • You will contribute to maintain and improve our Cloud Solution based infrastructures by working closely with our hosting-/Dev-Teams to advise, develop and implement cloud services and accompany our company on their way to digitalisation.
  • You will be responsible in operations for our cloud infrastructure solutions and performance optimization.
  • You will optimize the existing infrastructure by ensure collaboration with other specialists and implement services, such as code validation tools or the cloud infrastructure, by ensuring their automatisation.
  • You will support for complex problems and help for the Development and maintenance of provisioning / deployment concepts and tools
  • You will improve security data protection in Hosting supported by externals data privacy and security specialists
  • You will support our Sales Regions regarding security and data privacy questions to the hosting and service environment
  • You will enable with your hosting security and data protection knowledge the Data Protection Officer in his duties with regard to Services, Software, Solutions 

You bring with you:

  • You have a university degree in information technology/ engineering or a comparable education/training.
  • You bring with you In-depth knowledge in the areas of: Jenkins, Urban Code Deploy, Linux /Docker/Kubernetes.
  • You are experienced in cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure) and infrastructure setups.
  • You are experienced in working with deployment tools and monitoring solution.
  • You are familiar with Linux, and programming languages like Python or Bash.
  • You are interest in further development of Security and Data privacy.
  • You have fluently spoken and written English skills, German and French would be an advantage.
