Application

The IZAR Radio Data Concentrator Premium 2 is the most powerful data concentrator of Diehl Metering’s RDC product family. The fixed network receivers are already in the 4th generation and combine longtime experience with numerous devices in global operation. The IZAR RDC Premium 2 can reach highest reading performance in regards to reading range, data timeliness and data granularity under harsh environmental conditions. Therefore an outstanding cost efficiency with future-compliance is guaranteed. Our gateway features 2way2receiver communication which enables you to access the stored data and configuration parameters with an online feeling from any place.

  • Principle of operation

    The IZAR RDC Premium 2 receives radio telegrams according to EN13757 and the Open Metering System Specification (OMS-S) independent of the measured medium. These are saved on the basis of a filter function (e.g. according to medium or manufacturer). The collected and processed data are exported in flexibly settable intervals or time points in a fully automatic and secure way to IZAR@NET or other systems which can upload the files for further processing. All this happens automatically upon schedules configured in every gateway.
