We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Buyer to oversee a purchasing portfolio that includes:

We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Buyer to oversee a purchasing portfolio that includes:
- Production Procurement of Mechanical components (€5-10M PVO).
- Non-Production Procurement (€10M PVO).
- Define procurement strategies for assigned categories.
- Manage daily operations within the purchasing portfolio, including requirements analysis, supplier sourcing, panel management, market analysis, risk management, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvement plans.
- Oversee supplier performance (OTD/Quality), conduct supplier audits, and establish corrective action plans.
- Support quality, logistics, and environmental initiatives aimed at supplier development and compliance.
Travel is required in France and internationally (approximately 15% of the time).
Who we are looking for:
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Autonomous, curious, and proactive, with strong listening skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for synthesizing information effectively.
- French native speaker, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
