Audits and Compliance Coordinator (all genders)

Coordinate Compliance Efforts: You oversee sanction compliance and manage individual compliance work-items (e.g., cartel law, anti-corruption) with internal stakeholders and Diehl Metering as well as Diehl Group departments. Additionally, you independently conduct Business Partner compliance checks before and during establishment of a business relationship and undertake regular reviews in alignment with the Group Corporate Compliance Department.
Training Provider: You deliver and arrange online and in-person compliance trainings based on risk evaluations, track training status, and correspond with stakeholders to monitor training needs.
Association Oversight: You maintain and report on Industry Association memberships, monitor meeting agendas, clarify issues with experts, and educate employees on compliance behavior.
Audit Management: You independently conduct and improve compliance and governance audits, assess risks, create comprehensive reports for upper management, and propose measures based on audit findings.
Audit Coordination: You implement and monitor audit measures, liaise with the Diehl Group Internal Audit Department, and support functions with audit measure implementation.

You hold a Masters 2 degree in law or similar. Previous experience or knowledge in compliance is preferred.
You have a strong understanding of international business relationships and have high cultural awareness.
You have a thorough knowledge of the systematic for legal governance regarding competition law, sanctions, etc.
You speak fluent English and ideally German and/or French as well.
You are willing to travel to Nuremberg (Germany) regularly.
