Attila Fehér
Attila has worked for Diehl Aviation Hungary Kft since 2011, being the 15th employee hired by the company. Currently the 46-year-old professional holds the position of tooling technician, having previously worked as team leader at the pre-impregnated air ducting and sidewall components unit. Attila says what needs to be said and he wears his heart on his sleeve. It comes as naturally to him to solve problems jointly with his fellow team members, as it is to personally greet each of his colleagues working in the same field every morning at each station.
Viktória Illés
Viktória Illés graduated in tourism management. She earned her promotion to the position of team leader within just three years, starting as an insulator employee. She has an extremely calm personality; there is nothing that could disrupt her rhythm. She is accepted by her fellow employees – whose ranks almost entirely consist of people older than her – given the fact that they had been direct colleagues in the past. It is not easy to show her anything new from a professional point of view. She is always practical and straightforward with courage to openly say what she wants in a friendly but assertive way.
Éva Borbásné Nagy
It is beyond dispute that she is ambitious and loves competition. Strictly speaking she had been a secondary teacher of Hungarian when she was hired in 2011 to work for the company known back then as Diehl Aircabin, where she eventually mastered a field of work completely new to her. She started as a laminator, then worked as an end-product controller for air ducting at the quality control department. She is still working here, currently in the position of process engineer team leader. Her everyday duties include analysing production information, figures and facts, which enable us to recognize error sources. Although far removed from her former job as a teacher of Hungarian, Éva’s journey within the company is characterized by upward progress.
Zoltán Tóth
He joined the company in 2012 as a raw material disponent, directly after completing his studies in marketing and sales. In 2014, he changed to the field of non-flying auxiliary materials, meaning that he is responsible for the purchasing of all materials not forming a part of the aircraft, but required for the manufacturing of the aircraft. Thanks to his trainings, after a year, Zoli was promoted to the position of service buyer, with activities including but not limited to the purchasing of trainings, rented cars and machinery. He met his girlfriend at Diehl Aviation Hungary, and the couple is planning to get married. They are not only planning for the long term with each other but also with their workplace, because they want to be part of the success of a rapidly growing company.
