In our most recent movie, we show you how you can effectively overcome the different challenges in sub-metering by means of our smart solutions.

Since residents of multi-party houses consume different amounts of water and heating, it is fairer to bill the actual consumption - and not based on estimates or square meters.
This and changing legal frameworks (buzzword: EU Energy Efficiency Directive) requires precise measuring devices for water and heat as well as solutions for automatic reading in the field of sub-metering.

With our digital walk-by solution, you can easily collect consumption data while walking by apartments without having to enter them: this system makes time-consuming appointments and false readings a thing of the past.

With the Diehl Metering fixed network system solution you can take this one step further. Due to the fully automatic collection of consumption data, on-site readings are no longer necessary and you receive all data such as consumption or alarms on a daily or hourly basis, or on a particular due date. This means leaks can be detected quickly before severe damage in and on the building can occur.

With both types of reading, meter and sensor data is transferred to IZAR software, which provides you with a clear visualisation. Everything can be easily transferred to other systems, such as your billing system, via direct interface.

For more information and to learn how our innovative end-customer app IZAR@HOME can help encourage conscious consumer behavior watch the movie.
