Diehl Aviation has been awarded with the Embraer Best Supplier Award 2024 in the category Interior. The award ceremony took place during the Embraer Supplier Conference in Gavião Peixoto (GPX) facility, Brazil. With this award, the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer recognizes Diehl´s design innovation, usability and system architecture, as well as its outstanding product quality and highly reliable supply chain. Furthermore, Embraer appreciates Diehl Aviation's expertise in developing sustainable and innovative products and solutions for an eco-efficient aviation industry. In addition, Diehl Aviation stands ready to contribute its expertise in the design of future cabin concepts.

The collaboration between Embraer and Diehl Aviation spans more than 15 years. Since 2008, the company has been supplying the recirculating toilet assembly and the water systems for the Embraer Phenom 100/300 and the result of this successful long-term relationship is the Embraer Best Supplier Award 2024. Since 2015, Diehl also supplies a product package for the Embraer E-Jet E2 family, consisting of the cabin lighting system, the passenger service Unit, the emergency lighting system, and the cabin management system.
