Micronora 2016 – Successful trade fair for the DMA
The trade fair Micronora in Besançon (France) was once again dominated by high-end punching technology with around 15,000 trade visitors and 850 exhibitors.
This year, the DMA presented the product and performance portfolio for the automotive and electronic industries across all value-added steps: Co-Design│Prematerial NE-Strip & Wire│Stamping│Schempp+Decker Press-Fit Zones│Highly-Selective Plating│Special Platings for Press-Fit Zones, e.g. S+D Advanced Indium & S+D Advanced SilverTin│Overmolding & Assembling.
The focus was on the product and service portfolio of Diehl Augé Découpage (DAD) and Diehl Power Electronic (DPE) in Siaugues (France):
Diehl Augé Découpage (DAD) is dedicated to the punching and extrusion of components for the automotive, aviation and electronic industries. Together with the customer, high-precision stamped parts can be developed and manufactured. In addition, overmolded parts are also part of the portfolio, even with bondable surfaces such as, for example, power modules.
Diehl Power Electronic (DPE) based in Siaugues specializes in the reel-to-reel plating of tapes and stamped parts for automotive, electrical and electronic applications. In addition, the DPE is known for its experience in the area of bondable surfaces (Ni, NiP, Ag and pure Ag) for "die-attach" and "wire bonding" applications.
The visit to Micronora was a great success for the DMA. New contacts were made and existing ones were consolidated and maintained.
