Diehl Metal Applications: Environmental Report 2015
Diehl Metal Applications publishes its current Environmental Report as part of the EMAS-Certification.
Acting with a sense of responsibility to the environment and continuously improving environmental protection are aspects which lie at the heart of Diehl Metal Applications (DMA) corporate policy. We ensure the protection of resources in our production processes and manufacture environmentally sound products. We regularly determine and assess the ecological impact of our activities.
Diehl Metal Applications (DMA), located in Berlin (electroplating) and Teltow (stamping and plastics technology), manufactures products primarily for the automotive industry as well as for electrical engineering and electronics applications.
In 1996, the DMA location in Berlin received validation in accordance with the EMAS system (EMAS = Eco-Management and Audit Scheme); in 2013, the EMAS system was expanded to the DMA location in Teltow. In addition, DMA has a certified environmental management system according to ISO 14001.
The Environmental Report 2015 gives an overview of our environmental activities publishing environmental data, environmental goals and measures with the goals:
