Recruitment Specialist
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Conducting the whole cycle of recruitment processes in the line with the current needs of the company for different level positions;
- Providing positive candidates’ experience (including onboarding process);
- Initiating and organizing recruitment marketing activities;
- Cooperation with recruitment agencies;
- Representing company in employer branding related events;
- Working on new ways to increase the quality and effectiveness of recruitment processes;
- Delivering regular reporting, labour market analyses;
- Maintaining applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance;
- Taking initiatives to raise awareness of Diehl Controls Poland workplace among prospective candidates, being a brand ambassador and finding new ways of promoting open positions and attracting talents.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment processes (preferably on technical positions in the Electronics/IT sector);
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools enabling you to conduct professionally end to end recruitment process;
- Experience in working with performance indicators in recruitment to ensure the best quality and results;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in employer branding (initiating and organizing EB activities to promote open positions and attract talents);
- University education (human resources management, communication design, public relations, sociology, psychology in business etc.);
- Independence in managing the assigned tasks and focus on quality and efficiency;
- Ability to work in various recruitment projects simultaneously;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluency in Polish and English;
- Ability to work as a team player;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word);
- Driving license.
- Experience in Employer Branding activities in technology-driven company;
- Experience in hiring foreign candidates (practical knowledge of employment legalization);
- Experience of social media within the recruitment area;
- Work in international environment.
- Possibility of a professional development in an international environment;
