Engineering Support (Debrecen)
Your tasks would be:
- Delivering/converting 2D/3D data for internal and external partners.
- Ensuring incoming requests are processed precisely and in a timely manner.
- Teamwork with other Data Exchange colleagues, giving feedback on operational issues.
Requirements of the application:
- IT affinity (advanced use of MS Windows 7 /10 , CITRIX environments, knowledge of file extension meaning and correlation)
- affinity to work in a heterogeneous cross-company IT environments
- ability to read, understand and create technical documentation in English (German is an advantage)
- willingness to work within highly reactive issue-reporting-processes
- multitasking ability
- the ability to work independently and precisely
- the ability to cope with repetitive tasks
- the ability to communicate in an effective and assertive way
