General Questions Concerning the Application Process

Is there a preferred way to send in applications?

All applications are examined with the same care, but the most convenient way for both you and us is the online application tool. Please note that the tool is available for application at our German, French and Polish Business Units only. For international Business Units, please contact the local recruiter. 

Where do I find available jobs with Diehl?

In the job portal of our career center you can find all current vacancies at Diehl. However, we are also happy to receive unsolicited speculative applications. 

What should my application enclose in any case?

Your motivational letter, curriculum vitae and all relevant certificates (high-school diploma, final degree, PhD certificate, work certificates, proofs of further training etc.) are mandatory. 

Can I edit my online application after submission?

Yes, you can review your application at all times via your personal applicant access in our online applicant management system. In case you forgot something or noticed an error in the application, you can still make changes to your personal profile afterwards. Furthermore, it is possible to upload additional data and so to provide further information to the recruiter. 

Technical Issues

What are the technical requirements for online applications?

To submit an online application you need a current version of a standard web browser, e.g. Firefox or Internet Explorer. The documents you attach to the application may not exceed 5 MB each. 

What should I do if I encounter technical problems during my online application process?

In case of technical problems, please do not hesitate to contact the recruiter who is indicated as contact in the job advertisement. Your data will also be forwarded to that recruiter in the event of technical malfunction – in this case possibly incomplete. If any data is missing, the recruiter will contact you. 

I forgot my password for the online application tool. What now?

Please use the "Forgot your password?" link in the log-in box and create a new password.
