Diehl Aerosystems exhibits at Le Bourget Airshow with focus on aircraft systems and after sales market.
Cooperation with MRO provider Sabena Technics to be advanced during the show.
Diehl Aerosystems is exhibiting again at this year’s Le Bourget Airshow, taking place near Paris (France) from June 19th to 25th, focusing on aircraft systems products and after sales market activities. The company is one of Germany’s largest first tier suppliers for avionics and integration of aircraft cabins as well as retrofit-specialist for aircraft operators.
At the Diehl stand in Hall 2C, several interactive displays invite visitors to explore Diehl’s aircraft systems products – one of them the IOM system. Diehl’s new Integrated Modular Avionics concept brings complete flexibility and individual versatile solutions onboard the aircraft. In addition, a “Smart Galley” monument and a cabin configuration exhibit demonstrate Diehl’s capability in the field of cabin interiors.
Also, in the course of its increasing activities in the market segment for aircraft cabin retrofit solutions, Diehl has initiated a link-up with the MRO service provider Sabena Technics. Both companies will advance their cooperation with further discussions on the subject during the Airshow.
The market approach by the two partners is targeting the cabin retrofit business for the A350 XWB. Both companies are perfectly positioned for that because Diehl is supplying most of the SFE cabin work package for the aircraft type, while Sabena Technics has an impressive track record in cabin refurbishments for long-range aircraft.
