Diehl Controls became the place first for its vacation kids care programme Tip.Top.Days of the HR Excellence Awards by the journal “Human Resources Manager”. The company located at Wangen has succeded in the category “Reconciling Work and Family Life” against its first-class competition. Modern and innovative human resources management projects are nominated with the HR Excellence Awards. The special of the Tip.Top.Days is that these are organized by the Diehl Controls trainees themselves.The HR Excellence Awards are assigned by the “Human Resources Manager”, a magazine with up-to-date information about all topics referring to human resources management. In a total of 60 categories trendsetting projects and outstanding campagnes have been nominated with the HR Excellence Awards in a fair and transparent competition. A successful energy turnaround in Germany is turning out to be one of the greatest challenges for our politicians. How exactly the industry could contribute to this, DIEHL and their syndicate partner Glen Simplex showed at the CDU federal party convent in Hanover. An integral part of this is the intelligent combination of decentralised energy generation, control and storage structures.
