Woltman meter is conceived for measurement of large and average quantity of water in principal pipes. Woltman MSQ meter propeller is solicited perpendicular to the center of pipe. Water wich is deviated upwards print to the propeller an effort uniformly distributed and make start the meter more easily. Nevertheless, these advantages require a horizontal assembly. The register is allways turned to the top. For this type of meter, all measurement devices can be withdrawn of the housing without putting it out-circuit. That facilitates still more maintenance.
