State of the art stamping machines of leading manufacturers such as Bruderer, Haulick + Roos and Kaiser as well as tools with specialised security systems ensure high quality and supply reliability.
The Mechanical Machining is equipped with modern machines and plants, in order to ensure quality at the highest stage: die-sinking EDM machines, wire EDM machines, CNC-milling, drilling-centres, surface grinding machines, profile grinding machines and 3D-tool-measuring-equipment.
Stamping speeds of about 100 to 1.400 stroke rates per minute are achieved due to a high-performance machinery with press forces of 15-250 tons. Strips and semi-finished products with material width of about 10-200 mm and material strength of 0,05-4 mm are stamped, drawn and bend.
Therefore high-quality materials such as copper, steel, stainless steel, aluminium and composite materials are used.
