The new PLATINUM® R3
The new transformer-less 3 -phase high-performance inverter R3 cannot fail to impress with excellent returns and an optimum price-performance ratio. As a systematic further development of the PLATINUM® product family, the R3 combines the entire PLATINUM® cutting-edge technology in a single device.
Thanks to the patented DUAL-X® technology, the R3 achieves peak efficiency of 98.4%, thereby achieving maximum returns. The pure convection cooling and outstanding MPP tracking ensure an optimum performance and user-friendliness. The clearly-arranged full-graphic display allows data to be read off around the clock.
The PLATINUM® R3 can be used universally as a multi-country device and is therefore extremely flexible. This means there is no need to store variants. The country settings can be made by the fitter directly on the display during commissioning without the need for any other tools. Weighing only 45 kg, the R3 can be installed extremely easily and quickly using a plug connector, a standard terminal and the PLATINUM® network EIA 485.
The R3 data are automatically transmitted to all other connected inverters to ensure smooth operation. The integrated data logger has a memory capacity for a 30-year operating life. In this way, the R3 technology makes the entire solar system a secure, long-term investment.
The new R3 meets the market requirement "Energy management (§6 EEG9), the "G83" as well as the "G59".

Training sessions on all PLATINUM® products are regularly held for distributors, sales representatives and installers in the training center at the company´s headquarters in Wangen im Allgäu. Furthermore, the PLATINUM® service experts offer advice on designing and starting up monitoring solutions, as well as giving general support.
