Through the Direct Entry you assume responsibility from the very first day and have a fixed position in your new team which will provide advice and assistance to you when you enter the company.
In the Trainee Program we offer you the opportunity to design your entry with Diehl over several months and to get a comprehensive insight into the international Diehl Group.
Moreover, we are looking for young people who would like to do an Internship with us or work with us as a Student Trainee or are looking for a fair and competent partner for their Final Thesis. Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to take your first steps into the Diehl Group and into your professional career by means of a well-founded Professional Training or a Dual Course of Study offering extended practical experience.
