People Further Development

Your Perspectives with Us

It is people with potential who work with Diehl. And such potential needs to be discovered and developed so as to make optimal use of it. This is what our Development Programs are intended for. In the subgroups and also company-wide, there are numerous programs identifying and specifically promoting high-potential employees.

There are good reasons why we focus on our junior employees. We know that our high-potential employees match with us and with our culture. By specifically promoting such talents, we ensure that we always have motivated, committed and loyal employees for vacant positions.

And we are pleased to offer an attractive position to whoever desires a job change: The Diehl Group has so many exciting activities to offer at numerous sites all over the world that a career within the group may be as diversified and challenging through an Assignment Abroad as it usually is only when you change employer several times.
