Diehl Aerosystems is focusing on innovation with high end cabin solutions, as they are required particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
The mock-up on the Airshow stand (L65 in the main hall) will cover the complete Diehl Aerosystems range of cabin products. This includes state-of-the-art concepts for cabin lining and lighting as well as window shades, overhead storage compartments and larger monuments like galleys and lavatories. All of these products are available as line fit parts to aircraft manufacturers, but also as retrofit parts for airlines and other operators, who wish to upgrade their cabin. In addition to the products shown on the stand, Diehl Aerosystems’ companies also offer avionic equipment and crew rest compartments.
The market segment of cabin retrofits is becoming of increasing importance for commercial airliners and general aviation aircraft. Diehl Aerosystems is a capable and reliable partner, offering customers the advantage of providing cabin upgrade kits from one single source. Particularly operators at the premium end of the airline market and business aviation require an up-to-date aircraft cabin interior, which leads to regular retrofit updates with products such as the ones from the Diehl Aerosystems’ companies Diehl Aerospace, Diehl Aircabin, Diehl Comfort Modules and Diehl Service Modules.
